- Sleep! Lack of sleep reduces defenses and relaxes them.
- Do not participate in other student’s concerns as everyone waits for the test to commence.
- Allow enough time to get to the test without hurrying.
- Sit where you can see the clock, so you can pace yourself to finish in enough time.
